Hello my name is Patti Covington and I would like to take the opportunity to welcome you and thank you for visiting this website. Cruising is truly the best vacation value anywhere. After all, where else can you get a hotel room, all-you-can-eat food and entertainment at a daily cost that's less than most hotels charge for the room alone.
From the moment you step on the ship, think of it as "your time." Your time to relax. Your time to do what you want. Where the most difficult choice you'll have is whether to eat that second piece of chocolate cake or not. Where each day can be filled wiith a myraid of activities or nothing at all. Why should you book with me? Below are some of the services I provide that typical Travel Agents and Online Travel Agencies do not provide:
1. I research ports of call for my clients and make recommendtions about shore excursions, provide destination maps so that my clients can easily find their way around the port of call, and make recommendations about destination restaurants.
2. I provide cruise tips and tricks to make each trip the best cruise ever.
3. I research cruise lines and itineraries to make sure my clients are on the cruise that best fits them rather than the one cruise being pushed by the cruise line.
4. I find my clients the best possible deal and even compare the rates being offered by competitiors to make sure I've found the best rate being offered by the cruise line.
5. I research different room locations so that my clients get the best room available at the time in the category they prefer. Some other agencies simply offer you a list of available rooms without going the extra mile to make sure the room is really the best fit for you.
6. I'm an independent agent, so my clients get more personal attention than they'd get from the larger, internet-only firms.
7. Most cruise lines have switched over to e-docs and they expect you to print them out yourself. I print out and deliver cruise documents to my clients.
8. If my clients are going to be flying to the cruise port, I research hotel and airport transfer options.
9. I provide an alternative insurance quote from such highly rated companies as iTravelInsured and TravelGuard that cost less than the typical cruise line insurance policy.
10. I provide groups with Hosting services, including putting on parties and organizing games and events.
